I checked on your motherboard "K7SEM" and this website :http://www.ecs.com.tw/products/k7sem.htmSays that the motherboard uses a SIS 730S chipset.If you go to this link:http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1381&p=4Its clearly states that only PC100/133 SDRAM are supported for that chipset.
