He means lower the number of the clan rank (i.e. from 15 to say 10 or 5, not lower where the clan is on the ladder).

I don't play any games online, though it may not be as difficult, i might as well play the AI. I don't have the time for online play. I am a very busy person.

i think its fixed now but anyway all the time when it happends i think its my internet who does that >:( thats make me kick my computer and my modem (not 56k its cable modem) i hate when thats happends >:( >:( >:(
