You would do a search for Emperor or Dune with regedit.

Click on 'Start', click on 'Programs'. Now click on 'MS-DOS prompt. Type 'regedit'.

I'm not going to give advice on the next part, because it could be easily misunderstood, and I don't want to be the reason you stuff up your computer! ;D

Yes, can install anything and everything except Emp, and I dont have diff things, only admin no matter what
