1.  Take some sandtrout, preferably three or four.

2.  Soak them in water.

3.  Apply a faint spice seasoning onto them.

4.  Prepare two pieces of spice-baked bread.

5.  Prepare the sandtrout however you want.  (fry, bake, etc.)

6.  Apply the sandtrout to the bread.

If you are using breaded chickens, include spice in the mix...

If not, simply immerse the chickens in spice gas or any other spice medium while preparing...
