New Tournament and New Tournament rules, Emp lives?

Hi everyone. A friend and myself were discussing this,I am thinking of hosting a tournament at my site, www.geocities.com/thebestgunner/Emperor.html. Whats so diffrent about this might you ask? Prizes my friends prizes, All Usa players ( And maybe Canadian, have yet to decide ) will be competing for 1st at end of month, at the end of the month, they will tell me a adress to mail the prize to them. If this actully goes anywhere at all it will be extended to top 3-5 and avilable in other countrys ( Of course if that happens all players have to pay me a buck ) but right now its USA ( Maybe Canada ) and for free. Anyone intreasted in this reply to this topic and I shall put you on my list, so the sooner you join the sooner you get on my ladder. Remember this is a experiment, to save whats left of Emp. Ok guys I explain how I rank you. By your qm records, the exact moment you enter your qm rec is 0-0 on my site, I then wacth your rec, so say August 11th is when you joined, August 11th is then like the begining of a month for you, I then start going off your qm rec from then, I know this is sorta ifie giffie, but its to save emp, and I'll only do this if enough people reply.
