Aii, i need help

I have an image, it is about

270x198

in size

and I need it to be about

700x513

in size

The problem is, when I increase the size, it goes all pixelly, and ugly.

Is there a way around this? Like making more pixels in the same size r something, so I can make it still look good?

I have these tools at my disposel

Adobe Image Ready

Adobe PhotoShop 7

MGI PhotoSuite

The GIMP

Microsoft paint crap

sorry brother, i dont think you can.. you could do a little bluring and such but i dont think that would help much.... i dont know try www.deviantart.com, they are some awesome artists there

the only image editing program i use is paint shop pro. with psp you can resize images a number of different ways using the options they give you. try different options, and see which comes out the best.
