Any way to remove the leech effect from Harkonnen/Ordos units?

Actually, if the Deviator has full health and full shields, it will still survive a full Missile Tank salvo, which means that it'll be crawling towards the Devastator with no shields and only a little bit of life left, but it will still get off the shot, unless the Devastator's missile turret was pointing straight at the Deviator and shot it before the Deviator could fire the gas missile.

I said that the Deviator would take a full Missile Tank salvo, and then maybe the 3 missiles from the Devastator might be able to finish the Deviator off before it gets to shoot its gas missile at the Devastator.

Perhaps, but the important thing is to kill the Deviator before it gets its shot at the Devastator. If the Deviator manages to shoot the gas missile at the Devastator, then you might as well press 'D' with the Devastator selected. I'd rather do that than let a powerful weapon fall into the hands of the enemy, especially if it was close to my base.

Yes, if i see a deviator, i'll send out troopers or any anti-tank infantry to kill it first. Since Ordos doesn't have much long range anti-infantry unit(beside a Kobra) so there shouldn't be too much casaulties if supported well enough by light vehicles.

Well House Ordos may not have many, but the few that it does have are very effective. Mortar Infantry and Kobras will take care of Troopers very nicely, and often gain chevrons from killing groups of Troopers. Chemical Troopers are very deadly to all infantry, provided that they get close enough to be effective. Since Chemical Troopers are so cheap (50 solaris), losing them shouldn't be too bad for the Ordos player, because they can be replaced so easily.

Eh, he said he included Kobra's. And as you must know, all those sort of units (Mino and Kobra) are VERY good against light vehicles. The nightmare of the early Ordos rusher is that the enemy has already built a bunch of Mino's/Kobra's

Well, that's his point.

But sticking Kobra's with Mortars. That's good. For they both have to deploy, and so won't delay each other

But for defense against Light Vehicles you must take Kobra's or Mino's. Read one of my previous posts why...
