How do you disable Menu music?

I was wondering if anyone here knows if it is possible to get rid of the main menu music, as well as the score screen music of Dune 2000?

I think you can by deleting those files (or moving to another file in case you don't want to lost them forever).

Renaming them would also work, but there isn't an option to mute them specifically.

Except for custom campaings with the "music = *". Here all the music plays at random, including menu/score in mid-game.

Yep, rename/delete/move them. SCORE.AUD and PLOTTING.AUD, those are the 2 you asked about if I recall correctly.

 I deleted the Music folder and no more music in-game, this is an option. I didn't tried the renaming/moving one but could be a good one too. 

If you wanted to prevent all music it is an option in the CnCNet launcher to (included in the GruntMods Edition).
