I have seen both movies.

Had a couple of laughs.

Noticed how movie 2 resembles movie 1 in almost every aspect.

 

Waste of time?

I did have a couple of laughs though :).

well, watch the Hungover series and they're pretty much the same. funny but the same, so as long as you don't do a marathon you won't notice it so bad.
