D2K+ toolkit not working on Windows XP Pro SP2?

All the programs that come with the toolkit, not including the map editor, give me an error when I try to start them. 

Here's the error:

 

I'm running Windows XP as a virtual PC so that may be the issue.

Yesm it requires .NET framework 3.5 . Just make sure you do have 3.5, even if u have a higher one already, as it didnt work for me till I got 3.5 . The Campaign Map Editor should work though. Does it?

The map editor is written in delphi, so it does not need .net framework 3.5.
