Like in C&C where using rules.ini you can ally with AI. Please helpAnd where can I find the rules.ini? Because they are not in the game folder. Duke Davis II Posted August 30, 2011 Share Posted August 30, 2011 There is no way to ally with the computer AI in Emperor skirmish which is too bad. In Dune 2000 the player can ally with the AI. :( I looked through the Dune Editing and Emperor Support and there does not seem to be any mods for this.
