EIS has heavy armor that can withstand a Minotaur barage. WINNER:?(help please?)Obviously the Imperial Sarduakar Elite will win, the Fremem Warrior will take 4 shots to kill it, and a ISE will only need 1 slit in the throat. (sorry had to indulge)The ISE will win in any case, even though the FF has longer range, the ISE will get to the FF in no time because it can't be suppressed and dice the FF nicely & quickly.
