Face Dancer infilitration of Chapterhouse?

Is it possible that face dancers infiltrated Chapterhouse at some point in time? IIRC, there is some mention in CH:D regarding food which Odrade tastes which is slightly off. . . perhaps indicating that a face dancer chef isn't able to get a dish just so.

Being surrounded by a moat of no-ships would've made face dancer infiltration of Chapterhouse highly unlikely, not to mention the risk of being detected by RM's. However, if any face dancers would've managed to infiltrate the Bene Gesserit it probably would've been at the acolyte level. A more likely opportunity for face dancer infiltration would've occurred elsewhere such as during the Battle of Junction.

It's hard to explain why Haker would disobey Teg and then refuse to admit he was responsible but of course it could've simply been a mistake. If face dancers were to infiltrate the BG forces, and later Chapterhouse, the easiest route would be to assume the persona of a Honored Matre. Then, when the Honored Matres began arriving at Chapterhouse, the face dancers would establish a foothold on Chapterhouse.

I don't remember quite clearly right now, but I think the Reverend Mothers still could detect the new Face Dancers, even though Waff hoped they wouldn't be able to.
