making AI players (CPU multiplayer) most harder

I asking myself if exist a patch or similar to make most difficult play a multiplayer game with the cpu player "AI".

i want the cpu becomes harder and attack me stronger, and his base be more difficult to enter, i mean more protected. (turrets, ...)

I was watching the configurations of "easy, normal and hard handicap" to the left side of the name of each player (one star, 2 and 3 respectively) but this only works in the cost of buildings and units. does not make the PC becomes more violent.

The ai is medeocre for the casual gamer. Too predictable haha

Does this involve editing .mis files? I've been working through the .map files (95% finished on a file spec) and the .r8/.r16 files (only started tonight, but it is now able to render tiles out of the R16 files). Built some applicatons to parse and render these files too, once this is fully done I will be moving on to the mission files, but after a provisional look at them haven't worked out ver much information in them yet. I'd appreciate any help on their format if you know how they work?
