Oh, well yes that would work as well, but CPU-Z gives a detailed info about processor. And its a very small program that doesn't even need to be installed.

I'm still not sure what mordusxxx is doing.

oh ok.. so is there anyway you can boost your outpoot of your processor? or is it just going to be shitty all the time? because it seems like theres somethign dogging it, i downloaded this one program that was optimize, and it told me i had like four programs running in the background i dont use, and like a whole bunch of other shit?!?!?! idk i just think theres something wrong, ive done virus scans did my CCleaner program and still doesnt do anything,

Viruses aren't the likely cause of much damage anymore. The big thing is spyware. It runs in the background, steals information, and eats your system.

Here are both Adaware and Spybot that'll scan:

Make sure you update both before hand and then scan.

The best bet though is Ashampoo. Here are both the system optimizer and the spyware. Both are 30-day trials but work with full funtionality until then. Be sure to update the antispyware, and for the optimization do the all-in-one feature:

If your not familiar with drivers, you'd be best off not to do anything to them (at least for processor/bios/motherboard) unless you know for sure they are the problem.

The only way to boost your processor would be to overclock it, but I wouldn't recommend it.

This kind of situation I would recommend a reinstall because the work involved and guiding him through it might not be efficient. A reinstall and then downloading and reinstalling programs might take the best part of a day, but there are pretty guaranteed results.

This way there will be confusion, looking at his level of knowledge. Thats my serious opinion, not being bad or anything mordman.  ???
