|New AI Patch

Was just going to IM you but i presume I'm not the only person you have asked to try out the new AI patch, so i thought why not reply this way.

It appears to be a success to me, as yet i haven't hit any bugs but of the 10 games I've played the AI seems to have improved greatly, it's attacks are more coordinated and it actually does sensible stuff, like mino drops. settting up snipers, coordinated rushes.

It will be intresting to see what others think.

Hey Alch. D'you reckon you could upload the zip I sent you of this (I assume it's my AI patch), since I lost my files thanks to a HDD crash?

Was it only Erjin I sent the new mission data to?

I have the version we tried out...oooh, way back in december somewhere. A new map plus Artini file, wasnt it, the one that let you put those two new structures up...

Here it Apolloyns **NEW** AI mini patch

Only ok for 1 player games, doesn't appear to work in a multi player game, even if you both have the patch. Maybe Apollyon can/will resolve this at some point.

The patch can still be found at fed2k. The download site is just a bit hidden. These are all the Emperor modifications, including Apollyon's AI patch and mini-patch.

You could send the new mod to Gob to include it in that download list.
