try memtestx86  to see if its your ram.

then check your voltages  make sure they are average

check your power and hdd cables ,

failing that id strip it of your cards and clean the connectors with an eraser.

other than that...maybe give us more details about the freeze-up.

if it wont boot safe mode  (winxp??) its probly some hardware problem..freezeups are commonly a heat/voltage/memory/cpu related thing    gl

If I log into my 2nd HD(XP HOME nfts  or what it is  ::))  it is no problem.1st has XP PRO FAT32  .Well more details on the  freeze up is that it just  freeze  ::) like a screen saver pic!and cant do a thing it wont log into internet first then freeze.I cant reboot from windows so I have to re boot from the reset button.

I have no trouble entering the other drives from  2nd HD.SO I have figured out it has to be problems with my C:drive,Probely windows issue.

This could be anything..

But Windows XP Pro on a FAT32 partition?!

I suggest re-install of Windows XP Pro, but than on a NTFS partition...
