But at least the costs are more sensible for a dialup connection, then they are for an ADSL connection that only provides 18% of its promised speed. sure, the adsl is still faster, but he was paying more for it. Disproportionately more.

just better hope that the telcos over there didnt screw something else up along the lines..

id harrass them and get them to do the diagnostics--then refuse to pay also when it still doesnt help...then boot them when they cant figure out how to tell you they are incompetent in contrast to your 56k modem isp's

hey.. eid... remeber when you told me to ping ra server..and it was 500 somthing and you told me it was too bad... i was on dsl then...
