Do I need special software or something?2. ram is PC 133, I tried having both the 128 stick and the 512 stick in, but whenever I started it up, it said (memory overflow) or something like that. GhostHunter
It's not that PC133 is limited to 512mb it's that your motherboard is.
gryphon
If you bought those SDRAM modules, you might want to consider buying a new motherboard CU and memory next time. Over here you can get the last one for about 100 Euro, while 512 MB SDRAM costs about 50 - 80 Euro's.
Phoenix
about your cd, if its just a music cd, you can use your cdrom as a player, then put some speakers in the front jack on you cdrom player. If it has not got that one, then you try a small cable from your cdrom player to your soundcard. That should do the trick of getting audio to you soundcard.. (cable see img..)
