Hello guys, I build my own computer tow month ago, and I still have a overheat problem with a sensor on the board.  See the attachment for all computer info.  I put all the fan required for each purpose, Thermaltake Jungle512 for the cpu, Aerocool X-Blaster (4000RPM) to push the air out of the box (rear panel) and 2 Ultra Stealth (2000RPM) for side panel to push air in the box.  But still have an overheat problem with sensor 2 of my board.  While I'm playing MOH Breaktrough online with Teamspeak, cpu goes to 52 celsius, sensor 1 around 40 celsius and sensor 2 52 celsius.  My computer case is a Just4PC GamerManiac with 450watts power supply.  Is supposed to be Intel CAG V1.1 Chassis PCI Express ready.  I'm starting to be out of idea to fix my problem.  Because it's only happen when I'm playing games and other time everything goes fine.  The sensor 2 is between the cpu and the rear panel but close to the power supply.  If you have any idea how to fix this little bug please send me your trick.

Thanks

That is not overheating,

1. 52 degrees celsius is not hot enough to damage anything

2. Since the prescott series I have no clue what is normal anymore, But I can assure u many people with your motherboard read the same temps, aka It's *Normal*

3. I think the CPU is causing everything to go alittle higher than it should be. But only beyond 70 degrees is really a problem.

As for my intel 3.6 GHz prescott system here are my temps:

Maybe its your grafix card. Most of the time I hear this, I find it is the graphics card thats overheating or has some other issue.

Btw, don't get hung up too much on sensors and think they are always accurate. Here's a great example of what I mean. I took these screenshots about 5 min ago Using Sandra-Soft. and my own Motherboard program. And well you'll see what i'm getting at...

Download Everest Home Edition version 2.0 from Lavalys.com that is an excellent free program that gives you alot of information about your PC, including Temperatures and much more.

The interface is much better than most other progs including SIS Sandra and Belarc advisor.

IMHO.
