Been thinking the same thing. Although one good thing is you can set your status BEFORE !!!! going online. Sorry about the !-marks, but that was such an obviously stupid omission from the previous versions.

It now has the option to get rid of those stupid tabs on the left side of the program. Which means you can now have a smaller window size.

You could always get rid of those by saying your computer was a shared one and dont display my tabs.

Oh, guess I never noticed that option because they try to hide it by saying it is a security issue.

And whats this stupid MSN Spaces about? You know they will close it down in a few months, just like MSN Chat - for exactly the same reason.

And I really hate the idea of this new 'search from message window' which uses that crappy MSN search. It was bad enough in 6.2 when they sneakly defaulted the 'install toolbar, set default search engine to MSN and set MSN as home page' options to 'selected'.

Why do they think there is a constant need to make talking to people over the internet funner? If you're not having a ball talking to someone, talk to someone else!! A stupid 'nudge' won't make them anymore interesting.

Hey, kids use MSN too, they will get at least 5 minutes of fun out the nudge and wink system.

I'll be recommending that to people that use messenger. :) I also installed it. Works good so far.
