Nah.  That stuff's expensive, and it's too easy to get sued for using it.  I might get some 'cuffs, but I think you need a licence to use them now.  I've also been looking for a good LED flashlight, but RadioShack is the only place I've seen them, and they all need $20 Radio-Shack batteries.  A friend of mine has one that just uses AA's, but I haven't seen it's like in any store.
