I have a question concerning the storyline in Dune 2000 to Emperor. I just recently beat Dune 2000 with the Atredies and it showed the movie with some Ornithopters blowing up the palace.But in Emperor:BFD the intro shows Lady Elara killing the Emperor. Is that a different ending for one of the other houses?

It was after the final Ordos mission when Elara killed the Emperor (part of the footage used in Emperor: BfD).
