Think about itEach carrier is about 2-4 billion to build,etc plus more to maintain.And you have to pay the crews.If you would have 100 carriers your budget would be friggin bone dry and economy would collapse!

I wanted to buy 50 of these top of the range ones from United Elias but I was only allowed 5 because that's how much they have.  I've converted them so they aren't carriers anymore though...they have a special role.

National Service is compulsary and I'm running a Stalinist State. I've got 100 Carriers and each of them has 60 fighters because I bought 6,000 carrier borne fighters from Lasatania recently.

Some people have navies of 3,000 ships.  Anyway, if you read the thread i posted earlier, you'll see that the navy is under the command of the aif force, with the exception of the patrol boats which are under the command of the Border Patrol Force.
