I don't know about you guys, but when I finish a game I like to go back and play it again with trainers. Trainers if you don't know are programs that run during a game and alter the game data, thereby giving you advantages such as infinite money Etc.

anyway since getting a new family comp equipped with windows XP I have been unable to run my trainers, in fact every time I run Red alert2 and the cheat program and attempt to activate one of the functions windows shuts down the computer!

This never happened to my personal computer which before dying ran windows XP or the old windows 98 equipped family comp.

What the hell is going on????

any help would be appreciated!

I guess it's because your trainer is modifying memory addresses, and Windows XP doesn't allow that specific type of memory access...

I don't know. This was a wild guess.

But generally, Windows XP has more problems with memory than 2000 and 98, it seems.

For me, that is.

if that dont get results what u wanted, you shall find out other trainers for ra2,  i think  most trainers are made for windows 95,98/me/2000 but if not work on xp. probably trainer is !@#$% up

that also would make sense if I had not tried about four trainers for several games.

I even downloaded a trainer for Emp and it did'nt work, I think this damn computer doesnt like me!  >:(
