Filthy traitorous bastards. The Chinese government, I mean. I utterly despise them. But I can't say I'm surprised that so many other capitalist governments support them. After all, it doesn't matter how many innocent people you kill as long as you have a capitalist economy open to foreign investors... ::)

As long as there is money to earn, no country's government won't mind doing it, as long as it doesn't have very bad effects. Just like US had supplied Saddam with his WMDs...

Not only do my government support them with money, as many other governments may do, they support them by teaching government officials (we provide them education)! I think that is a step worse.

I meant we suplied equipment to Taiwan, even though our offical stance is that it's part of China. There's nothing wrong with trading with Taiwan, wich is a democracy, but it's hypocritical that at the same time we don't recognise them as an independant nation.

The US has the one China policy also, but 90% of Taiwan's military supplies come from America, and the Seventh Fleet is in harbor between them.
