Need to find a program.

Does anyone know where I can buy or download a sound-manipulator-kind of program? For example, I record something like "Hello", is there a program that can change the sound so it sounds like a robot or something like that?

www.goldwave.com has a real good demo. Gives you probably everthing but bugs you to buy it after about 30 commands.

Get soundforge at a computer store. Not free but really worth it. Read the review at amazon.

I'm a big fan of Goldwave.  It's really not as anooying or intrusive as Sneezer makes it sound.  ;)

If you do get it, and plan to make/edit MP3s, be sure to get the LAME MP3 encoding components as well.

Um, you should be able to get your computer to talk with the correct API installed. I had created a programme to use it (from instructions in a PC magazine), but I lost it when I formatted my HD.

What Nema said, but other than that, try to find a 'Sound Editing' product, most likely it would cost money, as I went around looking for PsP8, but could only download it off of Kazaa, which I'm not really into doing..
