Help with GTA vice city mission

At the end of the game I can`t get the two last missions!!! I`ve complete all the malibu club, Phil Cassidy, Love Fist, "$", V

you go to the private room and sit there wasting $500 and bam you get money

You don't need to finish that one to get the last 2 missions.

It is $600 btw (it would be horrible to wait 8 minutes, and then discover that you still had to spend $100 ;D)

I believe the following properties needs to be completed:

- Maliby Club

- Film Studios

- Vercetti Estate

- Print Works

And you need to complete the following mission persons (some are obvious, like Diaz):

- Phil Cassidy

- Colonel Cortex

- Avery Carrington

I could have missed a certain property, that's why I put here all the other ones you can complete:

- Boatyard - Step in a boat, and finish the mission "Checkpoint Charly"

- Sunshine Auto's - End 1st in all 6 races, and complete the car-return lists.

- Pole Position Club - Like said above

- Kaufmann Cabs - Finish all missions

- Cherry Poppers Ice Cream - sell 50 "icecreams" in a row.
