Which OS are you running ?

Try opening Internet Explorer,click on tools at the top of the window,then Internet options,select delete file,the middle button.

This should clear your temp cache.

If your connection is still slow,you could do the following,take the powere off your modem for 20 minutes,then re-connect it.

Also defrag your C drive.

I cleared my cache yesterday, no luck, restarted my modem, but only for 30 seconds or so, I have Windows XP home

I'm having the Verizon guy come out now
