I'm really proud of Polish and Spaniards, who saved Europe from fall to a tribal type of rule by numbers. Such courage isn't very seen in our countries, what did our represents was terrible, they should support them too! Lowering individual and national importance to a pure number. That was once a german intention, but then whole Europe united against them to stop it. Now, I am glad that EU remains a confederal state without a constitution.

Right, we should have a federal system like the US, in which the president can be elected by a minority! ::)

The Polish and Spanish governments are idiots. They sabotaged the Constitution and tried to undermine Europe's future.

poland should be removed from the eu , they caused the sumit to fail and have set europe back by about 3 years.

Could you all say why a constitution would be better or worst? I'd like to know a bit more what's going on :P

Constitution is a main law of state. It defines its very sense, just rules and base for another common laws. None of these was in EU constitution. By it, EU was made as a tool for large countries to legally control smaller ones. With primitively defined worthiness by number of people. Sorry, but it would be suicide, act for historical idiotisation, if I would agree with it. Whatever, Convention must spend more work on it and once say WHY are they doing so.
