No sound

Well my onboard sound card (A7N8X-X nForce) just stopped working.. or something :/

I've tried everything.. replacing all sorts of wires.

And when I turn on my sound I still hear some fuzzy noise, but nothing more.

Any advice except for reïnstalling Windows?

Hello,

Well I fixed it, better said.... ''IT'' fixed it.. I can't explain it

I was checking ''Windows HELP'' well.. nothing really usefull there but it redirected me to the standard ''Sound control panel'' Everything was ok.. just that my Main sound was at 50%.. I turned it to 100% And suddenly my sound worked.. strange.. because it was at 50%..it should've worked all along.. oh well I call this windows ;D

Maybe this wasen't the real problem.. But if it's not that then I don't know what is.

I also reïnstalled my sound drivers.. but that didn't work either..Maybe it just payed of 3 days later :O
