as far as i concluded when it happens to me (it happens maybe 2 times in a whole match) is that my CD drive starts to run, so i assume he needs to catch up on reading data. can't say anything else about it

can give you a little walkthrough later on, just don't have the time for it atm, just not sure if you can play with bad (illigal) CD-keys.
