i have an installed EMPEROR, and this mod, i have troubles with playing this mod, the units to game has been not added, what up??

are you sure that you created a folder called MODEL in your Emperor/Data directory, and then put the rules.txt and the artini.txt in there. and if there are strings files, then make a STRINGS folder in the Emperor/Data directory and put the string files in there.
