Can one of you please post all the stats of the Fremen Warrior and Atreides Sniper for me? I need this information in order to optimize my Emperor Strategies under certain conditions. Thx

Probably a 2 second difference. However the firing and reloading animation for the Sniper can be unusual and inconsistent sometimes (speaking from personal experience). In some situations, the Sniper may run into firing range and fire the gun, then immediately be standing still. Other times, it may fire the gun, then go through the entire animation of reloading the rifle, which extends the time it takes for it to fire again.

The Fremen Warrior on the other hand, is always consistent in its firing/reloading animation, so the time it takes to fire and reload is constant, from what I've seen.

so is that "2 second" estimation based on when he does NOT go through the reload animation?

is the reload animation the most COMMON occurrence, or no?

The sniper reload animation is the most common occurrence. The 2 second difference is based on that reload animation. I find that the sniper sometimes doesn't go through the reload animation when you tell it to fire at an enemy infantry unit from maximum range, and it kills it in one shot.
