Listening to System of A Down, I notice the chill air in the computer room. My eyes stinging with the cold glow of my monitor, that pain not going away until the contrast is turned down. Much better. Little men, big guns...

That seems to start a train of thought, the assault weapons ban. Do I really want my neighbor having something that can pierce body armor at over 25 rounds a second? A shoft in the train's path, man it would be sweet if I had a gun like that. Another shift, god it hurt when I got in the leg. Yet another, bullets are really hot when they are fired from a gun...

OK. Ever think about playing Y.A.R.N. on Gamespy? That sounded a *lot* like a few of the games I've been involved with.

Ok...

Guns should not be legal in the same time and place as Drugs/Alcohol.

I'm not sure which of these three things the author was on (about) when writin the first post.

Vioence against children, the baby cries and the mother weeps. The stupid laugh at the barbarac and crude. Laughter and humor one of the great mysteries of inteligence. Shift. Were there any inteligent beings that had no humor? Probably not. Consciousness and humor must go hand in hand, always a challenge to make you smile, or the boredom would become suicidal. Shift. Entire civilizations dedicated to killing themselves, yet compelled to reproduce. Such societies would probably never get past the industrial age. Anger and frusttration over the unrelenting suffering of life. Mushrooming populations looking for that perfect death. Self genocide simply because they can't smile or laugh...

Wow, okay I don't think I wanna think about that anymore... ???
