Slovakia: finally found out what is democracy

This friday and saturday we'd had a referendum about joining EU. 13th, and the most important, plebiscite after 10 years of republic's existence was finally officially considered, because on those before there was always participating less than 50% of voting population. Yesterday it was 52%, well not very much, but it shows at least something we can make, if we want.

Once, even the Slovaks will be proud of democracy.
