A new currency?

Iraqis are looting banks for wads of nates which will soon become useless - there is no doubt about this. Iraq will have to find new laws quickly on what is legal tender. What are your views? What do you think should happen? What, on the other hand, do you think will actually happen?

Looting haha, I heard they looted the museum wortg billions of dollars..who wouldnt loot the museum for billion of dollars?? the artifacts wont be destroyed unless the holder is stupid, so they are rich!.

err sorry, their currency will be replaced by the US dollar as Edric would say.

I think that they should make a new currency as the Dinar must be worth next to nothing, however I agree that most likely the Americans will have a lot of influence in this area. Unfortunately.

Yep they will probably go with some sort of new currency. Not sure how it will work but I doubt they will keep using money with Saddam all over it. :)

Most likely they will do some sort of conversion process and there will be a period where both are accepted as legal tender.
