I completely agree with you about nations, but I was using the word "nation" with the meaning of "state". And I was talking about one state having absolute power over the world, as the US has now. I'm saying that NO state should have that kind of power over others.

And here is the meaning. States of the past were feudal, not nationalistic as most nowadays. They were built around ruling dynasty, no matter if their pawns were hungarian, romanian or slavonic. Of course rulers were influented by culture of their country, but they were like an outer nation. With degradation of feudal state because of burgeois and humanistic strengthening feudal state changed into nationalistic state, which is de facto fascistic system talking about predestination of every nation to rule itself. Every nation is now egoistical, looking primarily for themselves, altough this feeling is weakened by globalised economics, society and politics. USA are a first state, model of country, where the nationality is irelevant, so people work only for their society and themselves. You may say it is more egoistic from view of one person - but that gives them highest motivation to work as best they can. If you look on todays constitutions of all democratic states, all are copying US system. That is the domination they want: to let us assimilate the functional system, where the state is just an addition to provide security for free life.

I think that our present constitution is based upon the constitution before WWII, that was based upon the French one.

So, not everybody is copying the US constitution.
