to activate the generals, all that you need to do is open the rules.txt file(can be downloaded here), then search for the IMGeneral. Add this code anywhere in that units area.

PrimaryBuilding = IMBarracks, then put UnitGroup = From IMBarracks

then open ArtIni.txt and replace the data under IMGeneral with this data.


[IMGeneral]
 Icon = "iconsIM_ADVSardaukar.tga"  
 IconGrey  = "iconsgrey_IM_ADVSardaukar.tga"  
 Xaf  = "IM_General"
 SideBarType = "Infantry"

yeah, most modders do, but i replied first, so they didn't need to reply. if you need help unlocking anymore units, feel free to im me.

ok, i tried to send to your IM-box but was full ::) (ofcourse)

so how could i unlock the incidental units: [iNYak] and [iNYakHauder]

if its posible

Add to the rules

Primarybuilding = atbarracks (or whatever)

unitgroup = frombarracks

and to the artini

 [iNYak]

 Icon = "iconsOR_Kobra.tga"

 IconGrey  = "iconsgrey_OR_Kobra.tga"

 Xaf = "IN_Yak"

 SideBarType  = "Infantry"

Just do the same to the inyakhauder as well.

sorry about that, it fills up very quickly. i accidentally got the female civ to fire once, but was unable to do it again. the guild niap is possible to make fire though, just because it has all of the data there already. what apollyon said will work, just make sure that there are no // before the primary building entries, or it doesn't load in the game.
