Is this to stop what is commonly referred to as "memory leakage"?  I need a program to stop that, because Emperor and other programs always cause memory leakage and once that happens the only choice is to reboot.

Is that was this does, or does this do something else?

This program cleans out things not currently in use anddefrags the rest. Do it twice before playing emp, not during.
