There are several ways.

1: You can buy her something(always a winner ;D)

2: You can do something extreme(like bungee jumping)

3: You can tell her how much you like her.

4: You can take her out for dinner or something.

There are several other ways to impress your woman.

Learning languages isn't the only way to impress someone(a good way to surprise, though ;)).
