I'm looking for a voice editing program

Well, I'm working on a Starcraft campaign and I need something to make my voice sound more Protoss-like... do you know of any software that could do that?

My brother has one. but i'm not sure where its at. Has soon as he gets home i might ask him. It was cool you could edit your voice make it small. and robotic like i'l ask him.

If we'r not busy playing the GameCube. :)
