Can someone explain to me the Ordos ending ?

The ordos endings I remember are 1. The Dino thing eats him. 2. They parade the Emperor around in a cage.

Your imagination has played a trick on you :) The Ordos ending features neither of this. The Ordos confront the Emperor, tell him he's going to become "their pawn", and then the female handler kneels down to the lizard, presumably to release it from its leash, but the screen fades out and the outcome is not shown.
