It is, but you can't really say there's been many changes the past few months. I actually even seen some great players get back to the game at least temporarily. I've even played with Harkdawg today.

Mandatory service. 2 years, 2 months. But like I said to him on WOL today, the first bit is always the hardest (unless war breaks out). Only 23 more to go free! We all wish you luck.
