Has anyone else ever realized?

well, i guess there's a strong possibility it's actually just me, but i can't seem to go to any other game and stick to it. i ALWAYS revert back to emperor. a while ago i got neverwinter nights and was making this big fuss about it and then i played for about a month, got bored, and stop playing. then i came back to ebfd. i started playing mech warrior 4, but then i came back here. i started playing tribes 2, but came back here. i started empire earth but once again got bored real fast and came back here. the only games that have ever taken me away from ebfd for more than a month lie on the ps2.

has anyone else had this problem? is EBFD actually addictive or is it that i am just addicted. however, if they EVER make a new, good game for the PC like mw4 xcept with eva's or gundam's i'm going to have to goodbye to you all ;) lol, j/k but seriously, has this happened to anyone? ???

Obviously. It has happened to most of us. However, while playing Emperor I finished No One Lives Forever, Max Payne (now there's an awesome game), Dungeon Seige, and the single player missions for Warcraft III. At least I didn't waste my money on those games--I thoroughly enjoyed them and finished them. But now I'm back with Emperor. Right now, I'm making a big fuss over the upcoming C&C Generals release. But what worries me is . . . what if Generals doesn't replace my Emperor addiction? I mean, I know I'm going to want to play Emperor when I first get Generals because I'm gonna suck at Generals for awhile, and I'll have to learn a new game. But Emperor pulled me away from RA2, so I'm hoping that Generals will be my new electronic crack fix.

I still like to play Emperor. It is addictive. However it can only keep you occupied for so long. I get more enjoyment out of modding it now. ;D I'm looking to get 'Echelon'. If I see it for a cheap price, I'll probably be playing it more than emp. :- :-X
