earth & beyond, does it have to have net to be played? i would like to put it on my non-net comp but i dont know if there is a single player path...

yes not only does it require internet but it also has an online fee for the game itself like ultima and everquest.

oh and there is no single player.

well, i went to bestbuy and the game is $50 US and you need a 90day member ship for $40 US and the membership doesnt have anything but a card and instructions!

what a rip-off!
