the dust scout can dig in dust bowls so why cant someone modify the sand and rock (or only sand)

so that the contaminator when deploid dig in sand so he can ambush in groups and make em more effective

That would require the use of two tile types:

-Dustbowl

-Infantry Rock

However since you can't combine tile data, you can't get places where both vehicles and infantry can hide, so that's pretty much impossible for dustbowl areas. Contaminators aren't able to dig into the sand naturally, so you'd probably have to get one of the modders to give the Contaminator this ability. Sounds interesting though.

and then make the tlcontaminator2 sink into the sand (look at the bizzsaw 4 an example)

the only prob is that the contaminator has no deploy data in its xbf so it may not work

you wouldn't need deploy data. you could make the contaminator specialground = infrock, dustbowl then put sink = X

yes, true but that cud be annoying as the contaminator wud always sink whereas it wud be better if u cud choode when u wanted it to sink =|

true, let me look into it, it may be possible to add deploy data. What we need to ask Adrian is this... You're XBF Viewer will print the decrypted XBF file, is there any possibility that you could make it so that we could edit the xbf file decrypted then re-encrypt it so that it will work in-game? Could you make that compatible?
