There are dozens of them! RA2 modding is a hell of a lot more active than Emperor modding. And there are probably hundreds of RA2 mods. I don't have the exact URL's, though.

Take a look at one of the Total Conversions, like Blitzkrieg. Everything is changed. EVERYTHING. Different sides, different units, different graphics, difference resource system... Even the game menues are changed.

Well, yes...

Blitzkrieg = a military tactic used by the Nazis in WW2. It relies heavily on armored units that act as a spearhead to puncture enemy lines.

Blitz (lightning) + Krieg (war)
