The program is called WordPad. You get it for free with windows. You might also like to use DuneEx (NB: see http://editing.dune2k.com/utils/) to extract files. And perhaps a graphics program (too big to send) to edit the textures.

You have to manually edit the txt files in a text editor (like Wordpad, as Nema said). It would be best to read some tutorials first:

Oh, you mean tools for making graphics? Yes, there are plenty of those. Paint Shop Pro, for one... But graphics are Nema's domain, you'll have to ask him.

in my own to make that 4-5 houses thing you talked about, there

must be a way to make it work couse i really liked house atreides

and i want it to get back again like: "atreides revenge" that

could be a good name

I don't know what the best program is...

But please, no more "revenge" names! We've had plenty of those already! "Atreides' Revenge" is very unimaginative... Besides, this mod (IF we make it, and that's a big IF) will have nothing to do with Kwisatz Haderach, so the Atreides will not have to come back, because they never left! Remember, it's NOT KH.

But somehow I doubt you could make a mod like that on your own...
