Gobalopper Posted October 26, 1998 Share Posted October 26, 1998 Sniper of the Command Centre reminded me about how Westwood had mentioned the possibility of a map editor being released after the game had shipped. I went through the two chat logs held at TEN and WW-Online and found two instances of this:LewisP : We won't release a map editor with the game launch - but we are thinking about releasing it for free on the internet after the product ships...Lewis-WW :As for a map editor, none was planned but we are considering releasing one after the game has launched. We'll have to see what our fans want.Sniper and I were thinking that the Map Editor may possibly come with the patch or something along those lines.
